hi,
i am new in capturing, authoring and burning dvds.
i have pioneer dvr-a003, msi vga g3 with tv in, 70 gb hdd and amd 1,7 xp.
i am trying to capture fm vhs video tape and write it on dvd (dvd format).
i capture video with wincoder (*.mpeg format) and then i have to convert it with ulead dvd movie factory into *.mpg in order to export it into dvd format.
i have a 18sec delay in audio in the final burned dvd. i believe that the conversion is the reason for that or due to high temperature of cpu (68'c).
when i am using dvdit (*.mpeg accepted) to author the file into dvd i can not you it because my files are bigger than 4.7 gb and i can not change it.
when i am using ulead dvd movie factory to capture video the result is not so good as with wincoder.
burning software i am using nero 5.5.7.2,instant vob cd/dvd and uleads dvd movie factory burner
question : should i use any other capture software ?
(windvr or power vcr or other)
question : should i use other authoring software
(ulead media studio or other)
