How is the Zalman psu quality?

I recently saw something on the shelves that was previously unknown to me: PSU models from Zalman. I knew of their GPU coolers of course, so it's not a total surprise that they have these also. Are they any good ? Made by them, or just rebadged ?

It appears that Zalman has once again selected Seasonic as their OEM for this particular model. Seasonic has an excellent reputation for building some very good PSUs, especially in the mid-power level class.

Oh, I forgot to mention that the ones I saw used multiple heat pipes (like the one from the Shuttle XPC models, used to cool the CPU) as part of the design. They looked pretty small though -- and kinda tacked on -- so I don't know how much of a difference they would make. But the kind used in the Shuttles are pretty small too, and seem to do an effective job. Hadn't seen a heat pipe on a PSU before. I think their PSU was on the large and heavy side.
