I am trying to convert a avi/svcd to a dvd format using Tmpgenc...The problem is I convert the file and the output file looks terrible...Its all grainy, and the color seems to flood off the area....Like the video is 16:9 and on the right side the video actually is jagged off 16:9 area ...When I move my mouse over the area it actually moves....Is this my computer? I have had no problems playing dvds before..And svcds play just fine...The orignal source is a avi file..But i have tried converting it to svcd which works fine..Oh Also when I convert it to mpeg1 dvd using tmpgenc that works fine...I am not using any Audio while making these conversions as well..
any adivce would be greatfully appreacited..
