    hi

    i have used TMPEGEnc to convert several DVDs to VCDs no problem. BUt I need to do this and am having trouble so some one please help!!

    I have a current MPG file that needs to be changed into a 160 x120 (i think) size MPG file so that it is about 25 meg in size (duration of file is 11min 01 sec). Is it possible to do this using TMPEGEnc.

    I have tried but only ended up with files that are like 100 meg in size. I don't know what I am doing wrong. Any ideas anyone???

    get the program called Fitcd, you can get the best correct bitrate for your filesize needed.
