I have the Diamond VC 500 capturing device, i moved and lost my cd software.
I have tried to use it on many capturing software with no luck.
All i get is a bunch of lines that are red and blue but not any video.
Right now im using Ulead Video Studio 11 Plus.
All i get is the flickering of blue and Red lines.
Can anyone help me.
Im capturing from a analog Panasoniuc palmcorder, PV-D406.
Thanks

Do you have the correct VC500 driver installed? http://www.dmmdownload.com/current.php Look under 'PVR'. Install it by R clicking on the installer and 'Run as administrator', assuming Vista.
I don't know what capture software it would use. Try asking Diamond.
And welcome to our forums.
