This happens on my LCD monitor (PC) screen and Samsung 1080p HD Ready TV. What happens is when frames drastically change from one another, a line that distorts the picture at the top right corner of the screen appears, its as if the new frame is trying to catch up.
Here's basically what I see:
What is the problem here? Is it response time or what?
