avisynth and main encoder

I used to be able to use avisynth to resize an avi and then load the avs script into the mainconcept encoder to convert the avi to an m2v file. I finally had to rebuild my windows and now when I try this, the main encoder never loads the script. It just sits there with the busy cursor. Any ideas what is going on with this and how to correct it?

Are the scripts good? What happens when you try and open them in VDub(Mod)? Maybe post a sample script here.

The script is good. I just got it to work by updating to the latest version of avisynth. It must have something to do with the video filters that were installed. These were scripts that I had used in the past.
