how to convert & join 2 mkv to ts

Recently, I've convert 2 file of mkv (disk 1 & disk 2 of a movie) to ts & then i join them by tsMuxer, but, tsMuxer display that the buffer overflow pls check the stream fps.
It does not work (display overflow) even I set the fps manually to 25 fps, would it be possible that 2 ts file join together by tsMuxer?

Try joining using mkvmergegui with the append button, then convert to .ts with tsmuxer
