    i have got some files of different characteristics. some are WMV-2 video and WMA-2 audio whereas some are WMV_3 video and WMA-2 audio. kindly instruct me how to get these files convertd to dvd compatible(mpeg-2). thanks

    XVID4PSP is probably your best bet.

    There is a NTSC DVD option for output as well as a PAL DVD option for output.

    When you download XVID4PSP I think it includes all of the software that you need but it's a good idea to first download and install the newest version of ffdshow first.
