    I am using these programs:


    DVD2AVI = 1.76
    TMPGenc = 2.02.31
    Smart Ripper = 2.41

    Have been using them with success with Win ME but have gone accross to Win XP and am having trouble. Are all these progs compatible with XP..??

    are there more up to date versions available..!!!!

    Any comments welcome....

    I use all of those programs in XP and everything work fairly well. What kinds of problems are you having?

    Check your ASPI layer, I had the same probelm when I upgraded from ME to XP.

    Google search for CHECKASPI and FORCEASPI. If you run check ASPI and get no ASPI detected, run FORCEASPI to install an ASPI layer. Then RIP away.
