My computer recognizes the disc size. So does all the burning software. With the Nero 8, after I'm done burning and it says "Completed", it or any other Media Player does not recognize the video on the disc. When I open the disc to view it, the files are there. Ashampoo says that "Analyzing failed" when it gets to the end. And Sony DVD Encore, well, I forgot what it said, but it didn't work. I don't think I could of done DL DVD with that software anyways. Any Ideas or am I just a retard . I'm new to DL Disk, but I'm not new to burning. O'yeah, I was successful at getting one disc with Nero but I had it set to no Menus.

    Thanks for the Help, JJ

I use ImgBurn exclusively for DL burns. Many here will agree that this is the best burning software around.

Oh, one more thing. Set the booktype to DVD-ROM for maximum compatibility. You can do this thru settings in ImgBurn.

Like louv68 said, ImgBurn is a must-have for burning DL discs. Experienced users will also tell you to ONLY use Verbatim DVD+R DL discs made in Singapore. Anything else is courting trouble.

Okay. Thanks. I was able to record on a Regular DVD using all the titles I tried before. So it is the disc and/or software itself. I will look into to ImgBurn. Thanks
