I have successfully used TMPGEnc dozens of times. However, recently I've experienced the following problem: my converted mpg file contains audio only and no video (just a black screen). At first, I thought it was the particular file I was converting and downloaded another. This did not solve my problem. I then thought that my version of TMPGEnc had "expired", so I upgraded to the new ver. 2.02. (NOTE: I am not using the MPEG-2 option). Same result.
The software does not work for 25 fps files nor for 60 fps files.
Any help is appreciated. I am available to answer any questions you may have that will assist you get me an answer. (Be careful though; I'm a newbie!)
Aloha all!
