Hello,
I have a DVD with a movie a english subtitles. I converted it to DivX.
How can I add other languages subtitles? And where can I get the subtitles files?

If you need subtitles, do a internet search. There are quite a few sites for subs available for popular movies. If your subs are .srt format, just add the new ones to the same folder as the old ones. Your player should give you a choice of which one to display. Pay attention to the running time of the subs. Some videos may be a different running times than the subs that are available. You can scan through the video after you add the subs and see if they are in sync.
