    Hi guys,
I got a new Dell XPS 630 and it came with Roxio Creator DE 9. I want to use DVD Fab then burn to a disc in Shrink like I did with my old PC, I've got Nero 7 installed with my old PC. Right now I have to copy to my HDD with DVDFab on my new PC, copy to my old one with an external drive, and burn with Shrink and Nero. Is there a way I can skip my old PC and just use Roxio and DVDFab? It's frustrating using 2 computers especially when I have only one monitor and set of speakers.

If that doesn't work, where can I get free or very cheap burning software for use on my new PC that I can recode with after copying to the hard drive with DVDFab?

    Thanks

    -Corey

Just have DVDShrink output as an .ISO file/image and then burn with ImgBurn.
    Forget Roxio.....forget Nero.

Why do you want to use so many conversions. DVD Fab will copy to a hard drive and reduce the DVD if needed, than ImgBurn will burn them.
You do not have to convert to image file. New version of ImgBurn will work with Video_TS folder, just use its first page icons.

So I'm going to copy it with DVDFab, open it with Shrink, and burn with Imgburn?

There is a difference between DVD Fab (Platinum or Gold) and DVD Fab Decrypter.
Decrypter is free, but will decrypt only, than you need Shrink or other compression software to convert to DVD5 if needed.
Others will compress and burn in one application.
As for Shrink compression, there was a page on web by author of Shrink explaining how it works and he said that this app is good for about 85% compression and higher, bellow that, not so good because the way it deals with video.
The page is not there any more so I cannot give you link.
I am not sure how Fab deals with compression.
