Hi
I would like to nuy a 'convert to DVD' software that has manual bitrate control over the video birate (maybe in addition to presets). Authoring is not a problem as i have software for this.
Please suggest me some brands

Use a mpeg encoder like hcenc, quenc, tmpgenc plus.
