    i have a ntsc film file, and want to convert it to 25 fps PAL... because my dvd player doesn't support 23 or 29 fps... but how can i do that without the sound getting out of sync???

    i looked for a how-to for this, but all are about converting 23 to 29...

    please tell me what program to use, and how...
