An exception to the rule

Good night to everybody.

I have several episodes of a series. All the episodes have the same codecs and they run perfectly; but there is an episode that runs at VLC Player very well but with SubtitleWorkshop after the first 10 seconds, it loses the sound till the end.

What must it be? What can I do to repair the problem?

The audio is probably corrupt and VLC is better at recovering from the error.

I have a new copy and it's OK.
