Hello
I'm new to video editing and this forum. I created a music video that I wanted to speed up so the voices become high pitched and the video is very fast. I'm using Adobe Premiere Elements 3.0, but I can't find a feature that speeds up or slows down the video. I did find a Posterize Time feature and played around with that, but it only changed the number of frames, not the actual speed of the video clip. Thanks
