Does anyone know how to get rid of the pink blotches that are on a lot of avi movies. i have tried a lot of filters, but nothing really works. Am I the only one who sees these or just to stupid to get rid of them. Someone please help.

I get those pink blotches when I encode at waaay too low of a bitrate.

is there a way to get rid of the pink blothces once they are already there, I am trying to convert an avi to an mpg, but the blotches are already on the avi, and when I convert, they come over tto the mpeg, is there a way to get rid of them in the conversion process or some other way
