I have a copy of a DVD of a Gilda's Club Surviving With Syle Fashion Show. There are no copyright problems or anything like that. I am a newby at working with DVDs. The DVD consists of several speakers and then a fashion show with cancer survivors modeling clothes. It is a fund raiser for Gilda's Club Seattle. One of the speakers who is a cancer survivor asked me if I could edit the DVD in such a way that I could then burn only her speech. In other words, she wants a DVD of only her speech. I am not sure what technique and tools I need to accomplish this. Any assistance or suggestions would be appreciated Thanks in advance

If the disk isn't copy protected, you can use DVD Shrink in reauthor mode to edit the disk. Click 'Open Disk' and when it's loaded 'Reauthor'. If it is protected, you can use DVD Fab Decrypter to decrypt it to your hard drive and the 'Open Files' in DVD Shrink. Either way, in Reathor mode select the Main Title, use the 'arrows tools' to select the start and end of the clip and back it up as an ISO file. Burn that ISO using ImgBurn and you've got it. All three of these programs are free. I believe there's a guide (under 'How To' over there <<--- on the left) that can walk you through the process, if you need more help. The links in my post will get you to the software you need.
