    Hello, I have a .VOB file with Dolby Digital 5.1 Surround Sound and I wanted to know which software I can use to author this file so I can keep the original audio without re-enconde.

    If you don't need menus you can demux using vobedit and author using muxman, dvdauthorgui, guifordvdauthor or dvd styler. All free tools.

    I believe the programs Baldrick mentioned can all do menus and chapters as well.
