    Dear customer,

Going through your system information I have found out the following: you only have 176.40 MB of RAM available out of a total of 768.00 MB. Make sure that no background process is running. You have to press Ctrl + Alt + Del > Task Manager > Processes. You have to close the antivirus, the firewall, and all processes that appear with your username (except explorer.exe and taskmgr.exe)
    did this - no change

We have been here b4 - the drivers for my new card are up to date.
Here is a screenshot of what happens when i double click
    on a sample photo.
Over a month now and no solution - repeating the advice at the top of this page really does not help.

    Response (Catalin) 03/20/2008 09:35
    Dear customer,

Please uninstall the drivers that you have and install them again (updating them if necessary - that is, if there are updates on the website of the manufacturer of your graphics card).

At least they communicated with you, even though they didn't seem to have a clue. Their point about memory is well taken. Graphics programs often hold images in memory. I'm not convinced more RAM is a cure, but more may help.

Another possibility memory related is that one of your RAM modules has a problem. You could probably eliminate memory errors as a possible problem by running Memtest 86 for about an hour. http://www.memtest86.com/ Failing RAM causes all sorts of odd problems.

Yes, they used to be. No longer together, although the lead singer (Thomas Anders) went on with a solo career and seems to be doing very well.

But they do have great music though and I have all their albums.

Your screen name gave you away.
That's the name of their 5th album and one of the songs.

I'm a HUGE fan by the way.
