I have SVCD and i want to play it on the dreamcast so i got GypPlay and tried burning it with Nero but its to big. Total its 803 megs which is like 2 megs over. I've tried everything i could think of to burn it anyway but Nero just won't burn it. It thinks its saving me a CD.. I've tried changing the options in file/prefs/expert but it still says its to big for a 80 minute CD.
I tried getting TMPGEnc which is supposed to compress the video but i can't figure out where the hell this guy is from. The readme and the GUI is in a bunch of screwed up characters like squares | ^ @, just about any worthless shit you can think of. How am i supposed to read this crap?
I would prefer not having to even deal with this TMPGEnc unless i'm missing something as to why he didn't put this in a readable language.
I got a Plextor 12x which supports overburn and am trying to burn it with Nero..
Any help would be appriciated.

The dreamcast cant play mpeg2, if you want to use gyplay you will have to rencode to mpeg1.
Gyplays performance isnt all that great however.
If you want to watch video on your DC you should check out Project Mayo's DCDivX player.
It's still early in development and has a few bugs but smokes gyplay already.
You can get better than vcd quality at half the bitrate.
