I see alot of programs recommend 352x240 for NTSC VCD. Why? That particular format just doesn't look right vs. 320x240. But I really wanna do whats best for a VCD outcome to be viewed on a home DVD player.
Secondly...... is there a method that I can try to NOT make the video so "pixulated" (too many pixels) while I'm watching it on tv? I'm using Vdub and TMPGenc.
Thanks!
