Using ADS TECH DVDXPRESS 2 to broadcast live

Hello, im new here... lastnight i was searching the web and came to this great site, which probably can help me with my problems. I been trying all day, to basically broadcast live using my external capture card device which is Ads Tech DVDXPRESS 2. I have read some of stuff you have here. Like the star media and windows encorded but it doesn't read my capture card... i don't understand why maybe because its not an internal device? I need some help with this because im planning to do a live broadcast during April 21st- May 6. I have tried websites like stickam.com to do a live broadcast but its not working for some odd reason. So guys if you know anyway i could use my capture device to broadcast live, please tell me i would apprieciate it alot. Not only that what programs you suggest i could use to personal broadcast live. Try sopcast or tvuplayer (p2p live streaming of video) and see if they work with your card.
