problems with registering VCD cutter. NO EMAIL REGISTRATION

I registered with VCD Cutter last night and paid via credit card and
requested registration info be emailed. have not received this registration
email back from VCD cutter. anyone else experienced long delay of
communication with VCD cutter like me?

thanks for the followup email VCD Cutter. This product works great. Worth the money. No problems with audio out of sync.
