My Mico Celo 80, of about 7 years just brokeand I'm trying to decide on which new model to buy. I want to spend about £50 and my criteria is the following:
Pal and NTSC playback
Multiregion
DTS
DVDR Media Support
Not really bothered about upscaling, progressive scan etc, or even xvid/divx playback as I have a nice graphics card with s-video out on my pc which means I can play all the formats like x264, and higher res xvid which these dvd players can't handle. But really, my main focus is on a player that has good dvdr media support, my Mico Celo was flaky and use to glitch and skip with some discs, and it was very irritating. Any reccomendations would be appreciated![]()
Cheers

I favor the Philips DVP5960 myself. If you are favoring less Cyberhome and Apex have had cheap players that do the job.
