Ive always wanted to know whats the difference between "+" and "-" DVD Media?
and which is best for Video Playback

At present they are about equal. You can 'bit-set' DVD+ to change the booktype to DVD ROM. This has some improvement for compatibility, but that only seems to make a difference with older players. Most burners and players will work fine with DVD + or DVD - media.
