Hi, sorry for the noob question, but I can't seem to solve my problem...

I have ripped a blu-ray disk using anydvd hd, worked like a charm...

My problem is that I have lots of m2ts files, the first being the movie, but no menu whatsoever... I can read the film, but am unable to change language and don't have any subtitles... I also tried to paste the whole directory in my DVico 6500A... Same problem....

Sorry again for this noob question, hope anyone can help me...

You must play the blu-ray with a blu-ray software player like PowerDVD(not the latest version though) to be able to use the menus and switch language, subtitles. I'm pretty sure that the dvico doesn't support bluray menus but it might be possible to enable the subtitles, try find a dvico forum. Or remux the m2ts to ts using tsmuxer or tsremuxer and then play the ts with the dvico.
