I have an .AVI clip and I usually load it to my WinAvi Video converter and there it goes 30 minutes later, what Im trying to find out today is if I can batch encode multiple .avi clips and encode them to dvd?
So lets say I have 6 avi clips, is there a way so I can set a batch mode to encode each avi to dvd and then start the other avi clip? So at the end of it all I would see 6 diff VIDEO_TS folders ready to be burned?
Im not asking if it can be done necessarily for the program im using now, although it would be great, but in general if theyrs such thing? Just to make myself clear, Im trying to encode 6 diff dvd but in batch mode, that way I can goto sleep and have all of them ready, thanks.
If someone mentions AutoIt to me, then you I hope you got a script for it, thanks

And ConvertXtoDVD will do this -- even the old free version DivXtoDVD will load multiple AVIs and then create a DVD file set. -
WinAvi Video converter will do this, I make a new folder copy all files for conversion into this folder.
Open WinAvi Video converter, select DVD, open the folder and select all the AVIs
Select the folder that the files are copied into as the output directory and click OK.
You should end up with one VIDEO TS folder with all the 6 files converted, and numbered 1 to 6

Guys I don't think he wants to batch encode 6 avi's to one dvd. I think he wants to batch encode 6 avi's to 6 different dvds.

Anyway, the time consuming part is the video encoding, which can be batched regardless of how you author. Using for instance your batch encoder.... -
