    I installed then removed Norton System Utilities and DVD2AVI no longer works the same as before.

    Specifically I get a pop up window after starting the SAVE AVI command. The window ask for the compression method. The drop down menus have NO COMPRESSION, FULL FRAME, DIVX 4.12, etc.

    I never had this pop up menu before. What is this? How do I get rid of it? If I choose Full Frame or NO compression, it stops and a 0kb file is created? I can preview the file. I can also choose one of the other items such as DIVX, and it will save the file. I'm looking to frame serve for input into TMPGENC.

    Any thoughts?
