VLC Media Player is fairly easy to set up for networking or streaming video and will play most any format.

What container will said XviD be in? KISS might use linux for their firmware, they still use a Sigma chipset.

An XBox or a HTPC is your only option for full XviD support on all possible containers.

No hardware players fully support XviD decoding and most only support it in an avi container.

that might be ok, im using autoGK so they are avi's

i was thinking xbox, but that would require the modchip and then the wireless adapter. Im trying to keep it simple..

    What is KISS?

A company that makes standalone players based on Sigma Designs hardware. Like all other current chipsets they do not support 3 warp point GMC.

None of them? Seems odd since other Sigma based players are.

Note out yet and I'm not sure that it will ever be available in the US

Plus that is probably when it is released here. Could be later if ever that it gets release where you are.

There should be other players using the same or older sigma chipset though with wireless support. Previous Z400 I believe supports wireless for instance.

Well Zensonic is an Australian company. Should be other manufactures doing similar stuff in the US though.
