recording/capturing a streaming video

im trying to record a streaming video of this soccer match on this website http://www.cbc.ca/sports/
in the "video on demond" tab on the right a player screen will pop up http://www.cbc.ca/sports/player
click near the bottom at "mls on cbc" click on "complete games" and click on the game "toronto fc vs chicago fire may 12th" and click full screen

how can i record or capture this with sound in full?

Simplest way: connect the Video and Audio Out on your PC to a DVD recorder.

this is a hard stream to record
ive had no luck so far
and my computer doesnt have a video audio out
i have a onboard intergrated graphics controller, no video card

I can't even get the video to play, much less try to capture. It is just adobe flv video, so experiment with the flv capture tools.

You could also try a program such as Orbit downloader ( http://www.orbitdownloader.com/ ). It can often find and download the source file, so no capturing is necessary. There are similar other plugins for FireFox users.
