Hi,

I tried the hack posted by f00 (9735) but it appears that it no longer works. I just bought this DVD player from BestBuy, and I am not sure if this may be a new model for the US only.

Playing around, the only thing I found was that after pressing 1-3-8-9 in the setup menu, I get a screen with the firmware and the region code, but it unfortunately cannot be modified.

If anyone can help, I would be grateful.
