  1. I put a VOB file in to VD and ajusted the settings I wanted, like resizing, brightness and deinterlacing filter. When I try to save it, it says "Cannot start video compression. An unknown error occured(may be corrupt data). Error code -100"

    How can I fix this please?

    It might be better to run it through Avisynth.

    1) demux the VOB to M2V and audio.
    Many ways to do that, eg, ReJig.

    2) Then load the M2V in DGIndex. Save the "project" as a d2v file (eg, video.d2v).

    3) Now make an AVS file starting with
    MPEG2Source("video.d2v")

    4) Load the AVS in VDub;
    or continue to load Avisynth filters.
