    On Mac for free? How to? I have MPEG Streamclip and FFmpegx, and I can't seem to get it to work. Tips?

    Presuming the FLV is encoded with H.263 video,
    then MPEG Streamclip can convert it if you have Perian installed,
    and ffmpegX can convert it (you may have to 'invert mapping').
