I am curious; how much storage is required to host VideoHelp? It has a huge amount of content so it must occupy quite bit of storage space on the server.

On the other hand, most of this site is text, and even that is in databases, which can be compressed.

    It's not that huge,
    150 MB main site
    800 MB main site database
3.6 GB forum and forum uploads
    2.2 GB forum database
    3 GB tools (mirror downloads http://download2.videohelp.com/download/ )

I have two servers with 2x250 GB on each so I have plenty of space.

Bandwidth is always a larger concern with hosting.

File space is only important for hosting file downloads, but even that takes second banana to the bandwidth.
