I suggest first asking in the MTR forum.

And actually you didn't "pay 35 bucks." You made a donation.

And when you ask in the appropriate place, please be sure to
note your machine and OS, the MTR version number, and whether
your problem occurs on all DVDs or just a select few.

    There's a ten-page thread on RATATOUILLE. Apparently a real
    charmer.

How did you contribute to the 3.0 development effort without
getting to the forums? Enquiring minds want to know.

i did set up an account but now its gone, i registered my info and i was in and now i can't re-login. my account was just basic for the regular forums before i got the newer version, i been trying to make a new one with my other email account but either it wont let me or i never get the email. in any cases i just barely got the file extracted. it works but at a random moment, it won't extract the whole movie so i just did a title extraction. im going to use HB to turn it into an avi

well i got it to work, unfortunately HB failed in including the last 20 mins of the footage so i used ffmpegxx and it worked like a charm. the problem with MTR is its a random probability that it can completely scan the dvd without shutting off. when it did manage to it couldn't go threw extracting the entire dvd so i went with just the title and it worked out
