    Greetings

    I have a mkv file that plays fine on my main computer but on my htpc the audio 'worbles'.

    I've installed the Matroska Splitter on both computers.

    Any ideas what to look for ?

    Ensure you have the latest codecs. And if these are highres files (1080i/P), you may need to ensure you have enough cpu power. Audio issues (cutting out, loss of sync, etc.) are usually a sign the pc isn't fast enough.
