    While playing an MKV file on my computer, the picture is fine, but the audio only plays what it sounds like side or rear channels. I can hear faint voices of the movie (in sync) so I think that the center channel is the obvious one not playing. Can anyone help me out on how to correct this? Thanks in advance for any help.

    Please give more information,
    What kind of audio? AC3? Use latest mediainfo to identify the audio codec in the mkv.
    What player are you using? or what ac3 decoder like ac3filter, ffdshow?
    Does it just happen with this mkv?
