    HELLO. I RECOVER AVI FILES THAT I HAD ACCIDENTALLY DELETED.BUT THEY CAN'T BE PLAYED IN ANY PLAYER BECAUSE I GET THE MESSAGE THEY ARE DAMAGED. DOES ANYONE KNOW SOMETHING THAT CAN REPAIR THEM?ANY HELP WILL BE MUCH APPRECIATED. THANK YOU.

    Recovered files that are big like movie files are usually impossible to get back. But you can try open it virtualdub, avidemux and see if it can read anything.

    newer version of VLC will try ot repair video files also if there is enough to start with. if the header is gone which is most likely the case since thats how things look like thier deleted. anyway if its gone there is nothing telling the player what it is so it wont be able to play it.. bummer happend to me many times.
