    I have a vob file of a music video with rolling end credits. The video is on the left and the credits on the right. Is there anyway to remove the rolling credits and reauthor the music video so that it appears normal (16:9)?

    Crop and resize, either in virtualdub or avisynth. However the new footage will be noticeably software than the footage before it.
