How can i connect a satellite receiver hdd to my pc and capture it?(it's not recognize by win xp)

Maybe if you would give us a bit more information about the satellite box someone might help you. But I would try google the satellite box name to find some specific forums.
And this is not any advanced video conversion. Moving you. -

it is Sky10 i don't find anything in googel it's board similar to Strong 4610II but i dont know which model of Strong is the right one(Sky10=which model of Strong) -
Most often, DVR's do not format their HDD's in a way that your computer will recognize. Sometimes, they can be read by a pc running Linux. Otherwise, you are pretty much out of luck.
