If your VOB is smaller than 700MB can you burn a DVD onto a CDR?

	Yes, but . . . The was a format called MiniDVD (not to be confused with those 1.4GB DVDs). Not really supported by many players. It was basically a DVD structure on a CD. Many players won't play it. Those that wil will do so more by accident than design. You will have a higher success rate by simply demuxing the video and putting the mpg file on a CD instead. Read my blog here.

	Usually, low bitrate programs like AC3+stills work on standalone and any motion+audio will hiccup. For correct pre-burn image building there is mini-DVD option in Nero Ultra editions.
