I can turn the volume up of the receiver but then if I forget to turn it down, my other DVD karaoke will be too loud. I may have an idea how to do it but will appreciate if someone can walk me through it. Thanks.

If it is just a standard DVD, then you can demux the audio, increase the volume, then mux it back. It's not simple, but it is doable.
However, many karaoke DVDs don't seem to be standard DVDs, so yoiu may not be able to screw with it without breaking it.
This guide explains how to replace an audio track. It's not exactly what you are doing, but close enough for you to work it out. You need to do steps one and two, then for step three, you need to increase the volume of your audio and re-encode it with the same values as the original, then follow the guide from step four onwards.
