  1. I have an mpeg movie that is 25fps. I used TMPGE to try and re-encode the movie to VCD specs. But I had to use VirtualDub, instead, to resize it to 352x240, then Fserve to TMPGE and get the the VCD mpeg. Now, problem is..when I play the movie in my DVD player it seems like I've lost frames, action seems choppy. Does the movie have to be re-encoded to 29.97fps to watch it on my DVD player? I was thinking of maybe lowering the framerate. Unsure of what the end result will be. I would greatly appreciate any and all help (it would save me time)!
