I have an AVI file that I converted to DVD format using AVI2DVD... I attempt to burn it to a DVD so I can play it on my DVD player and it burns fine... When I put it in my DVD player I get a "No Play" message showing on it, and nothing happens... I put it in my DVD player on my computer and it plays fine? I am new to this, any ideas?
It plays all my normal DVD's and Audio CD's fine... I am using Fujifilm blank dvds.

It could be a lot of things. It could be that your DVD player doesn't like NTSC video as hech54 says. It could be that your player doesn't like your media. Take a look at
    http://www.nomorecoasters.com
Around here we recommend Verbatim and Taiyo Yuden media as being the best. It could also be that you used a DVD+R disc when your player prefers DVD-R or vice-versa. Finally, you could have done something foolish like burned a data disc of the video instead of a DVD format disc and your player simply can't play data discs.
