Thanks, guide isn't that useful for my quest though.
    Anyone got any other ideas.

Maybe my question isnt clear enough.

I have ripped two cd's (one film) to Xvid. I have two subtitles, one for cd1 and 1 for cd2 srt format

How can i merge the whole lot together and spit it out of my machine in a dvd format that my dvd player will recognise.
If there are some guides etc please link me as i cant find anything....and i have looked.

Its easy with one xvid and one srt file, just throw them together in convertx to dvd and hey presto
This however is doing my brain in.

    Thank you in advance.

ConvertX will do it. Just load both (as the guide that Baldrick linked to shows). The end result will contain 2 titlesets though, so there will be a slight when your player goes to the second part.

You could also combine your AVis in VdubMod and your subs with VobSub.

If YOU actually ripped the dvd to avi (which I doubt), just rip it again into a single file.
