I have about 11,000 stills from a webcam captured over a period of 6 months. The camera is pointed at a large high rise being built. Over the course of these 6 months, the camera has been bumped a few times and thus the image appears to shift when joined to a video clip. Is there a program out there that will allow you to manipulate the jpegs so that the image remains centered? I guess this would essentially be the same as image stabilization in most digital cams these days. I'd prefer some automatic solution rather than having to deal with 1000's of files individually and manually.
Thanks,
Tom

First make an AVS file to turn the images into a virtual video file.
(ImageReader / ImageSource: http://avisynth.org/mediawiki/ImageSource )
Then try these in Avisynth or VirtualDub:
