    My computer crashed so I am in the process of installing everything again. Two files I have in the folder won't install. They say they need .NETFramework version 1.1.4322 to install. The programs are

    svcd2dvdmpg and MpegDetails 1.0

    What are these programs for?
    Do I need them?
    Why would they need an outdated .NETFramework to install?

    Those programs were written years ago against .Net 1.1. If y ou don't know what the are then i would sugest you don't need them.
    SVCD2DVD v2.5, AVI/MPEG/HDTV/AviSynth/h264->DVD, PAL->NTSC conversion.
